Is my roof suitable?
Most flat and sloped roofs with good sunlight can host solar. During the site assessment we check available space, shade, orientation and the roof’s structure and condition before recommending a system.
What system size do I need?
It depends on your electricity bills, the appliances you use, when you use power and how much shade-free roof space you have. Your site assessment turns these into a recommended system size.
What is included in my quotation?
Your quotation sets out the recommended system, panels, inverter, mounting structure, installation and warranties, along with the applicable subsidy and any financing options, so you can compare before you decide.
Which subsidies could apply to my home?
Under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, residential households can receive ₹30,000 per kW up to 2 kW, plus ₹18,000 for the third kW — up to ₹78,000 per household. Some states add more. We help you check eligibility for your home.
Will my system work during a power cut?
A standard grid-connected system pauses during a power cut, for the safety of people working on the lines. If backup matters to you, ask us about battery-ready configurations when we plan your system.
How do I track generation?
Through the Ecosphere app, which shows how much electricity your rooftop is generating and gives you greater visibility into your system over time.
What maintenance will it need?
Very little. Keeping the panels free of dust and debris helps them perform well, and your system is covered by Ecozen Care: 25 years on panel performance, 7 years on the inverter and 5 years on the structure and other parts.
