Refund & Return Policy

  1. Once purchased, Ecofrost Technologies Private Limited (“Ecozen”) does not accept the return of the product. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please inform us at care@ecozensolutions.com within 10 days of delivery of the product.

  2. Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which ecozen.homes receives the returned goods. In case of a prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 7–10 working days.

  3. In case of cash-on-delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount using the billing details shared by you, or via UPI transfer. This process will be completed within 30 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
