Who we are

This store is operated by Ecofrost Technologies Private Limited (“Ecozen”, “we”, “us”), Office No. 901, Amar Tech Park, Balewadi–Hinjawadi Road, Patil Nagar, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and specifications

We sell more than one model year of the Ecozen Smart AC, and their specifications differ — including BEE star rating year, ISEER, and coil finish. The specification shown on each product page applies to that product only. Please read the product page for the model you are buying, and our Warranty page, before ordering.

Product images are representative. Minor variation in finish or packaging may occur. We correct specification and pricing errors when we find them, and we may cancel and fully refund an order placed at an incorrect price or against an incorrect specification.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Unless stated otherwise, product prices shown on the storefront are inclusive of applicable GST; installation and additional-material charges are quoted excluding GST. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Availability

Listing a product does not guarantee stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.

Warranty

Warranty cover differs by model year and is described on our Warranty page and in the documentation supplied with your unit. Where this website and the warranty or insurance documents differ, those documents apply.

Installation and service

Installation and in-warranty service are performed by our authorised service partner. Installation is chargeable and is not part of the product price. Installation by an unauthorised technician, or modification of the unit, may void warranty cover.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to it. All content on this site, including text, images and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, complaints may be sent to:
