Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch and delivery
- In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
- Typical delivery is 3–7 business days for metro and tier-1 cities, and up to 10 business days for other locations.
- You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, transport disruption, regional restrictions or other events outside our control.
An air conditioner ships as two cartons — an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. Please make sure someone is available to receive and check both.
On delivery
Please inspect both cartons before signing. If the packaging is damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery sheet and tell us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Installation
Installation is not included in the product price and is scheduled separately after delivery. Standard split AC installation is charged at ₹1,500 (excluding GST). Additional materials — copper piping, cabling, drain piping, outdoor stands, and dismantling of an existing unit — are charged at published rates and quoted to you before work begins.
Installation is carried out by our authorised service partner. Please do not have the unit installed by an unauthorised technician: doing so may affect your warranty. See our Warranty page.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a shipment once dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may be chargeable.
